Sanger EDC Partners with The Retail Coach to Support Retail Growth

The Sanger Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is excited to announce a new partnership with The Retail Coach, a nationally recognized retail recruitment and development firm. This collaboration is part of the Sanger EDC’s continued efforts to strategically grow the community’s retail, dining, and entertainment options.

Through this partnership, The Retail Coach will work directly with developers, retailers, and franchisees on behalf of the City of Sanger to identify opportunities and attract businesses that align with the community’s needs and growth goals. By leveraging market data, retail analytics, and industry relationships, The Retail Coach will help position Sanger as a competitive destination for new retail investment.

As Sanger continues to grow, the Sanger EDC remains focused on recruiting businesses that enhance quality of life for residents while supporting the local economy.

Community Retail Survey: Share Your Input

In addition to this new partnership, the Sanger EDC is currently gathering feedback from residents through the Community Retail Survey. The survey allows community members to share their preferences for the types of retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment options they would like to see in Sanger.

This feedback plays an important role in helping the Sanger EDC and The Retail Coach better understand community demand and prioritize recruitment efforts that reflect the interests of local residents.
