Site Selection
Whether you want to lease, buy, or construct a new building, the SEDC maintains a database of available buildings and land sites in Sanger. The online database provides an easy-to-use tool to search for sites and buildings and gathers detailed GIS Maps and demographic information about the site. Incentives
The City of Sanger and the SEDC, through its boards, offers incentives for new and expanding businesses that create primary jobs for the community. The City’s policy is to customize the provisions of economic development incentives on a case-by-case basis.
This individualized design of a total incentive package is intended to allow maximum flexibility in addressing each applicant’s unique concerns while enabling the City of Sanger to better respond to the changing needs of the community.
