Property Enhancement Incentive Program

Are you a business in the City of Sanger that is looking to enhance your existing site visually, or in ways that increase the viability of your property for business use? This program provides matching grants to reimburse commercial property owners or business operators for Eligible Enhancements made to their properties. The Program’s grant application process is administered by the City of Sanger’s Economic Development Corporation – applications and program guidelines are available online at www.sangertxedc.org.
