Community Retail Survey

The Sanger Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is excited to announce the launch of our 2026 Community Retail Survey. This initiative is designed to gather valuable input from residents as we continue working to strengthen and grow Sanger’s retail landscape.

In partnership with The Retail Coach, the Sanger EDC is actively recruiting new retail and commercial development to our community. Community feedback plays a critical role in this process. By understanding where residents currently shop, what businesses they would like to see in Sanger, and what amenities are most important to them, we can better guide conversations with retailers and developers.

The survey is an opportunity for residents to help shape the future of retail in Sanger. While we cannot guarantee that every business mentioned will ultimately locate here, the data collected provides meaningful insight that helps demonstrate demand and supports our recruitment efforts.

As Sanger continues to grow, the EDC remains committed to attracting quality development that aligns with our community’s character and values. Our goal is not just growth — but thoughtful growth that enhances the quality of life for residents while preserving the small-town feel that makes Sanger special.

The Community Retail Survey will remain open through March 13, 2026. We encourage all residents and business owners to participate and make their voices heard.
