Property Enhancement Incentives Program
Summary
The program is a matching reimbursement grant up to $10,000.00 designed for Facade Improvements.
Improvements eligible for funding include, but are not limited to, the following items:
Facade renovation
Awning installation
Exterior painting
Outdoor lighting
Landscaping
Parking lot improvements
Signage
Interior renovations that enhance the commercial usability of the building
Grant applications we be accepted until all program funds are disbursed, which are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
